Dear James, You may file a claim for the lost package. First, contact the vendor to verify the recipient address and tracking number. Second, send the invoice that associated with the tracking number to ken@usgobuy.com. Normally, it would take 2-3 business days to investigate. We would issue the total cost of invoice to your account account.
