Pretty much the same as everyone else, haven't received my order, no response from the company, have tried a few different ways to contact them and nothing. I've been sitting here thinking it is just me. What a shock to see so many others having the same problem, I guess I'm just gonna file a complaint with my bank tomorrow, and hope for the best. I'm thinking there is no way what I ordered in the beginning of December is ever going to get here by Christmas eve, if it hasn't at this point. And as much as I can go down to best buy and get a similar item, it really stinks because that wasn't really in the budget for Christmas
