Received part of my order late and damaged. I have a radio that doesn't work because the port to plug it in is broken. Still waiting for the rest of my order from December. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. As was the radio that is broken. I'm going to contact the states attorney generals office and a civil attorney. This is fraud and theft by deception. The laptop fan not delivered yet either. But if you look at the status online it says it was delivered December 28th. No! It has not delivered! Just like the charging port for the phone... NOT delivered. You have my money and I have no product, and the product I have is broken!
