Won an item at DealDash and as always, made full payment through Paypal... The item did not arrived at the minimum time as stated. All items prior was arrived before the stated time frame. CSR Mark look into the delay and found the item was back ordered (out of stock)... He took initiated of the issue and follow up until the item was found and delivered...
