What a terribly run company! Extremely expensive and slow. It took soooo many months to get my order processed. I had to call several times just to get them to do anything. Then I got my order and it was wrong. I had to send everything back and have them do it again. Many months and phone calls later, I get my order again. And one of my VHS tapes was damaged beyond repair. I called to complain but no one cared. Horrible, horrible, horrible company. Go anywhere else.

I am very sorry to see that your order took 2 months to process. Our current turnaround time is 4 - 6 weeks, but unfortunately, not every order meets our estimated completion date. I apologize for any inconvenience.
