This sucks no one should try to use this website I tried to make a collage about my grandmas life since she has passed I worked on it for a 3 weeks with my family expecting something just to find out it would cost 130 dollars to make an 8 minute video and burn it to a DVD this website sucks

Hi Jacob, I'm very sorry for your loss. If you send me an email at veronica.gomez@kizoa.com I'll work something out for you so you can download the video you worked so hard on. Just so you know, we do not set any limits to the amount of time a video lasts. The time limits you may have seen are actually refering to if you want to insert video clips within your slideshow then each of those video clips can last a certain amount of time, but overall you can add as many video clips as you want and your slideshow can last over an hour if you wanted it to. Again I apologize for the confusion and I'd be more than happy to get you your slideshow, just send me an email.
