My wife mistakenly forgot to cancel the auto renew subscription after signing up for the service. I get it. But she has now called to cancel 3 times yet the charges keep rolling in every month. She is about to lose her mind. I just emailed anna. B who has responded to the various comments on SiteJabber. We'll see if she takes action. Stay tuned
