I have called today, and spoke to two of your representatives, one named France, who promptly disconnected our call, and interminently put me on silent, I don't know why, he was probably cursing, or what, and told me you don't have any TL at the moment, because he/she was at lunch. Really? I doubt it. And another one who was not accomodating as well. And did not know the law at all. The 2nd guy told me again that you did not give any refunds/returns any longer because I don't have the box anymore. I have called DTI today, and left them with my name and number. For your info you should put on all your papers what needs to be done when one has to seek a return/ refund. I did not spend 200,300, or whatever, I spent 1,000 which could have been spent on my daughter's milk. That being said, I will seek recourse thru DTI, and I believe I have a strong case. In case you change your decision, I will kindly not push through with my complaint.
