I had to submit my claim SEVEN TIMES for them to start the process with my work laptop.
They took their sweet time to check my computer to finally tell me it could not be fixed and then sent me ONLY one option to "choose" from, to replace my laptop. That option was not at all comparable with what I had, and I had to waste A LOT OF TIME, make TENS of phone calls, and behave like a Karen, for them to finally send me more than one acceptable and comparable option, even when EVERY SINGLE TIME I informed them this was my work computer, but they - as a company - COULD NOT CARE LESS!
Their service is one of the worst customer services I've received!
