Sorry to hear your transaction didn't go through. It sounds like you may have had a pending authorization hold on your account--for many online purchases, the payment processor will send the expected total as a pending charge to your bank. As soon as our system recognizes your transaction as failed, the pending charge is voided out. Often times it can take a few business days for your credit card statement to reflect this, but your bank will usually wipe the pending charge from your statement even sooner if you get in touch with them.
