I ordered a motorcycle helmet in October. I never received it. The customer service reps claim that they sent it and because no one answered the door the helmet was returned. I got no notices on my door from FEDEX or UPS and there is ALWAYS someone home. I requested a refund. I was emailed that I would receive a refund check which I have never received. When I call, I'm instructed to email the manager. The manager does not reply to my emails. Stay AWAY!

I was looking into our records and you are Correct the unit was returned to our Vendor as undeliverable. This means for some reason they could not deliver it to you and had to ship it back to where it originated. We were brought aware of this issue at the time you had posted this review, due to the fact we were not the shipper and did not receive notification ourself of the missed delivery. The minute you made us aware of this issue we Cut you a Refund Check (Check # 1069) and mailed it to you Via USPS mail. Your order was cancelled and refunded to you as of 2/18/14.
