I ordered an item back on Dec. 4th and used paypal. I contacted paypal directly after I ordered because I realized this company was as bad as Rosegal. They already took my money and I've never received my item. I want a complete refund - they can keep there undersized clothing that takes over 2 months to arrive. What a fraudulent company. I'm called the Better Business Bureau. I don not want to rate this company. - 5 stars
Yes, I want my money back. This stuff is complete junk and a big ripoff. I agree with everyone else's comments. DO NOT BUY FROM ROSEGAL. A complete joke and false advertisement. Photos look nothing like what you get. And sizes way to small and sheer you can see though it. JUNK
