I ordered a pay of sunglasses, the Ray Ban Wayfarer, type, when they finally arrived they were not what I ordered, completely different, plus they look like they cost to produce,,, say. No more than $3, I payed $18, got in touch with DHgate via email, what a joke,... was asked if I would accept a $1 refund, I said no way... send the glasses I wanted,
I was told by seller, they are no longer available, Then asked to accept $5 refund, once again my asnswer was no, I want a complete refund. Told by them they have a great consumer refund policy, Told to send the glasses back, I agreed, cost me $14, just got notice from them I will get a refund for the initial $18, the mail cost of $14, is on my dime it seems. But from what I have read, from other complaints, I got off lucky. These sellers it seems, just send anything that they feel like, and we have no recourse.Our government should intervene and close these people down.Its a crime, what they are up to.
