Have used this site many times over the years when travelling in Asia. Never had any problems, rooms have always matched my expectations and all hotels and apartments have happily fulfilled any 'special requirements' (high floor, sea view etc) I have requested. I find this site to be reliable.
Tip for consumers:
Thoroughly research exactly what type of room you are reserving.... Check photos and if not enough detail in room description simply ask questions.... Helps to avoid disappointments!
