I received an offer from travelbag by e mail for a holiday in the Maldives for £889 and since we weren't concerned about the time we took the holiday, I sent an email asking for a formal quote. They didn't respond initially but when I rang them and asked them about the offer and they said they would have a look and call me back and never did.
I then got an email saying they had been busy and asking whether I still want a quote I said yes but never got a response so I rang them up again. They once again promised to call me back but said they were having difficulties finding the details of the offer and said it was for October and when I said I could make any time in October they said they would get someone from that section to call me. I called again since I have no return call and got an answer services where I left a message asking for details of the offer. I did get a return call where a message was left but with no details. I called once again a they said the 889 was the price without transferred but were unable to confirm any transfer fees but there was nothing on the original advert to say it didn't include transfers, which quite important and expensive generally.

All in all a rubbish service from advertised offer which I doubt ever existed.

I purchased a pair of Oxford waterproof trousers with a. 2 years guarantee from J & S at the motorcycle show for £56 didn't use them a great deal but when i did I found they weren't waterproof, thought it might be just a one off down pour, so give them another chance but they still weren't waterproof.

The nearest shop to me was about 1 1/4 round trip so I didn't return immediately so I returned them about 5 months after purchase by the it eight round to it.

The shop wouldn't give me a refund since they hadn't been returned within a 30 day period, and they were very unhelpful saying that they would send them back to Oxford and then contact me. However they also said they would only be able to replace them since they only had this type for the motorcycle show and didn't sell them and they only had them for the show. They also tried to say that I should take them back to the motorcycle show when it was on next (not well received). Their was also a suggestion that j & s in Bristol were not the same company as j & s at the motorcycle show.

I expressed my disappointment with their services and then spoke to the manager, who gave me the same line and when he said he would go and speak to the general manager on the phone I eventually got my money back

I wasn't impressed with their attempts to put me off, or the company ethics in general.

I needed a new oil boiler checked a few prices on line, and arranged for this national company help link to call for a quote. The salesman arrived on time and presented himself professionally showing knowledge about the various options available to me. We arrived at an agreement of a Worcester heatslave 2 18/25 plus one radiator and he agreed to provide a quote by e mail within a day and he did. The price was incredible £7151 on which they gave a £651 discount making a total cost of £6500. The boiler retails for between £2100 to £2400 online or from a local retailer with less than £1000 for installation. It was unclear exactly where the extra £3500, around 50% was going!
I impolitely rejected their quote.

I purchased an I pad through groupon which came without a plug!
When it emailed them (since this is the only way to contact them) I gave them my mobile number to call, in the e mail, as they requested it. I got the automated e mail response, but then nothing. No call and no further e mail as promised, I therefore emailed them again and again received the 24 hrs e mail response, I only had requested a plug to be sent to me.
After the fourth very frustrating e mail I received an e mail saying they have sent a plug and then promotely received a foreign adapter plug which was of no use whatsoever.
They have still failed to address the issue despite another e mail!
