What a ripoff this website is, If you use it once and do not read the fine print, they keep charging you $35 every month. They will not refund you your money. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.

Thanks for your comments.

Hugo, we stated the cost in bold and clear print and stated the details of the subscription options in bullet form, which can be clearly understood. We are also very clear that when you subscribe there is an auto-renewing feature, and if you don’t cancel your subscription, we will bill you at the monthly rate of $34.95. In addition, we sent a payment confirmation email stating the amount of what you have subscribed for and the date of the auto-renewal.

We have 4 ways to cancel a subscription if service is no longer needed: By calling our customer service number at 1-888-816-0576, 17 hours a day, 7 days a week; by live chat, by e-mail at customerservice@livecareer.com, or you can even go to our website, where there is a self-cancellation feature under the “My Account” section.
