“Feeling cheated”

I made a purchase at antelife and I am very sorry.

I paid insurance to ensure that "We will refund you the penalty duty once package Has Been caught by the customs or you will Undertake all." but antelife want me to pay a part in copouns I can only use in buying more than 100USD. Be careful.

One camera came out of focus and I am almost 15 days to try to resolve the issue.
They want me to send the machine back to China on regular mail! Who accept responsibility for shipping? And if you do not get? And who pays the postage?

I'm feeling completely cheated by antelope.
