If I could put 4.5 stars, this would be my score. The customer shopping experience on the site is great, which is not a surprise, as it is powered by the industry-best Amazon. They often have very good deals on some sweet brands. Their customer service was very responsive. In my last order they shipped me wrong size shoes ( 3 instead of 8, yeah), and because it was a no return item, refunded me without the need to ship it back (I just donated it). Of course, as usually happens in these cases, the size I wanted was sold out. Knocking off the 1/2 star due to their new shipping/return charges. I understand why they needed them, but I loved my free shipping on all orders. May be they can expand perks to Amazon Prime member.

I am a long term customer, and never had problems with my orders or items. They sell great brands for great prices, items arrive quickly, packed very well. Taking one star off because the shipping is a bit high for some items. I would order more often, especially kids clothes, if it didn't cost me $5 to ship a baby shirt or a pair of earrings. May be a longer free shipping period, 1 day instead of 1 hr? Other than that - love, love, love!

Started shopping on this site since the first day they've opened, and so far so good. Their deals are not as good as they used to be, but they are reliable in quality and delivery, so no complains from me. :)

Placed my first order before the holidays, it arrived quickly, all items wrapped well and arriving as expected: total of 50+ items! I need to post a picture of the huge boxes that showed up near my door. :). Overall I am very impressed, and will order again. Also, they have great perks to members, so make sure you enroll into their saving program.

The customer service is none existent. Will never shop again. When I spend $50 on baby shoes, I don't expect to babysit the order. Many sites out there with better option, cheaper prices, and good service.

My $300 order was cancelled with no explanation. They returned my inquiry 4 days later, said they wanted my verbal confirmation, so they called me and left me a message, and since I didn't call back via 24 hrs they cancelled the order. What?! I have residential address, never had any problems on any other sites, and was never put in this situation before. I would not recommend this site, as you never know if you order gets delivered or not. I will stay with the reliable flash sites.
