Ordered Oct 2 and still havent received it (now Nov 3!). Made a ticket (#*******) to followup late Oct. Went to sign into my account again to contact customer service in Nov and my login info wasn't valid. WTF?! I've searched the website up and down for a customer service number to call... NOTHING- have to 'login' to your account to do so... I would if I could! DOUBLE WTF?!?!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Your order was shipped on 6th October, If you choose free super saver shipping, it may take 10-20 BUSINESS days which means it can take up to 40 days to deliver. And the delivery of the packages is influenced by many factors – especially countries’ customs. If the customer clearance takes a long time, it may cause the delay of package. Super saver shipping company doesn’t update shipping status on their website so the packages can be tracked hardly. If you can't log in, you can try click 'forget your password' and then rest a new one, and then you can submit a new ticket after you logged in.
