My daughter bought me a 3 month subscription as a birthday gift. $75 or $25 a month. Unfortunately their website is totally useless. It does not let you see the entire range of coffees they offer... instead it tries to guide you based on a list of coffee shops or brands, none of which is in my area so i had no idea what was what. I ended up getting a sampler of three coffees - two of which were not great one was OK - because I really had nothing to compare to. They all have cute names Ruckus, Throwback, Wanderer which give no clue to what to compare to. I am not a coffee snob, rarely go to a coffee shop. But it was fun trying them out. It's not a bad idea letting someone sample different coffees but but the useless website makes me wonder about the designers - WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? Their support people are helpful and apologize for the website but come on, someone there approved this idiocy and should be ground into dust. Also ground coffee that is shipped ups ground (or via the postal service) ain't fresh...

Tip for consumers:
Ask the support staff for the complete list of coffee offered in an email.

It's hard to find reputable contractors and service people. Angieslist member reviews are generally credible and it's an excellent resource if you are looking for a repairman. I have used them several times and have not been disappointed. However Angieslist don't publish a price for the service on their home page - you have to go through the Join process... or dig deep in the site... I think I originally joined for $14.99... last year they auto-renewed me for $39 and they would have auto-renewed me again this year at that rate, yet I have just found out that the current annual rate is $9.99. Very deceptive. And totally against their concept of helping consumers find good services. I got a pro-rated refund but wish I did not have to go that route to get a fair price.

I must say that having read other reviews here, I find it scary that the reviews you post are not truly anonymous, that the vendor you have reviewed is given your information and not only respond to the review, they can call you up and harass you if you give them a bad review. I hope you can then post that info on you Angieslist review. I understand the issue that a vindictive reviewer can destroy someone's business but if you have an unsatisfactory experience you should be able to state your case without harassment.

I am an Amazon Prime member. I place several orders each month and the order process is clean and simple I like the 2 day free shipping and there is never a problem with returns. I would prefer that all orders would be fulfilled directly by Amazon rather than by other suppliers, and they should never use USPS for the last mile of shipping, prefer UPS. But overall I am a very happy Amazon customer.

I've been on OKC for several years, on and off. I have met several ladies through the site who I had a lot of fun with. I like the fact that is essentially free. Most sites don't let you message people unless you pay. OKC is not like that you can message people right away. I suppose the downside is that many women especially the more attractive ones get a TON of messages. As a guy I find that many women don't respond to my messages often, my best results is where the girl has contacted me first.

I like the Q&A format. While some people who have answered 1000 questions just have too much time on their hands, I find it enables me to get a good feel if we are compatible. E.g. People who answer the question "Which is bigger the sun or the earth" and get it wrong blow me away! It makes me wonder if they rest of their answers are random.

I pay for A-list so that I can browse profiles without being seen and I can tell if a girl opened my email and just did not respond.

The biggest thing about OKC I like is the clean layout. Compared to the mess that is PlentyofFish OKC is super organized. They changed navigation slightly recently and I don't like it as much but it's still very clean.

And once again it's free.

After signing up as a free member I got a 25% off offer. After charging to my Paypal I realize that the amount did not jive, they had tacked on a one time $3.99 processing fee hidden in small print on the second page of signup form. I complained and got full refund but it just seems if they are deceptive there, no doubt elsewhere. I like OKcupid much better. No and deceptions there and I've actually met real people!

Tip for consumers:
Read the small print!
