HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR CANADIANS!

I ordered a couple of items from them and after the promised 10 business days for Canadian orders, I still had not received it. I contacted them as the DHL tracking number was invalid (when entered on DHL's tracking system) and I was told by herb.com rep that airmail tracking numbers are never ever able to be traced. I then was told that my order could take up to 6 weeks and the 10 days was only a guideline. I was also informed that if I never receive my order, no luck on getting my money back through them. I order a lot of stuff from the US and have never had a problem with tracking numbers never able to be traced or 6 weeks for something to arrive, even if Canadian customs is backed up. I have already initiated discussions with my credit card company for my money back, should the 6 weeks not result in my order. Very, very disappointed - STAY AWAY!
