I placed an order on Aug. 10, and received an email that it was shipped Aug. 11. The email stated to allow up to 25 days, and it has now been much, much longer than that. I am not happy and plan on having Paypal refund the money to me. You charge us to track our package, so I refuse to give you more money for that.

I did file a dispute with Paypal. After several weeks of messages between myself and SammyDress, I did get a full refund. They requested that I add to my review at this site to reflect that, and I am happily complying with their request.
However, use caution, as they wished for me to close my dispute thru Paypal first, which would have closed this claim with no further recourse. I declined to do so, and they followed through with my refund.
