My experience with Tim Murphy and the rest of the sales force started July 3,2013. I paid in full on that date for a 300cc Motorscooter Trike. I was told to ge them an echeck (that was all they would take) and as soon as it cleared, they would send me the Trike. That was going to take one week I was told. I paid and heard nothing, so I called and was told it would take two more weeks, but it was "in stock" unlike their competitors. Two weeks passed, so on a follow-up call, they said it was not "in stock" but back ordered, and it would take about three months. Tim Murphy refused to return my money when I asked them. Mr. Murphy called about two weeks ago to tell me that I would have the trike "in my hands the first of this week." It is now Friday afternoon and no bike. They are not answering my requests for a tracking number that is promised in their literature.
I am not sure whether I am the object of a swindle. Needless to say, my relationship with them is contentious.
I ordered a three wheel motorscooter in July. I called several other online companies advertising the same scooter, but they were all back ordered. Chris, the salesman, told me more than once that they had this scooter IN STOCK. I paid the full amount by eCheck. Chris told me the delivery date was two weeks. Then three weeks, and then two months, because it had to come from China. I asked for a full refund, but Tim, the supervisor, refused. Today, they told me it will be another month, and it was my fault because they told me that a few days ago. Do not buy anything from this company unless you are prepared to lose your money.

I apologize you were upset about a back order for your unit, but can assure you that the item you ordered is very rare and often needs to be back ordered. The lead times on that 300cc Trike kit is about 16 weeks and orders occasionally take that long to import if they are not available in the United States. You obviously placed an order at a time when there was not a single supplier that had them available. All of these units come from the same Distribution Facility "Icebear" in Southern California. We happen to be one of their largest sellers of their products and therefore get access to their stock much earlier than our competitors. You made the correct decision purchasing this unit from us as we were able to fulfill your order and you probably got the best possible price on the internet by doing business with us. I apologize about the delay, but your product was delivered as guaranteed and you have not had any further issues with the unit since owning it. Proof of Delivery for this order is as follows:
