Ordered a Koyorad radiator for my 4Runner, was shipped a different brand and it arrived damaged. At first they were helpful in sending return label and RMA, but after reading the fine print, it stated it must be in undamaged condition for a refund. Emailed them again for a revised RMA stating the damage and have been back and forth with them for 2 weeks now, first they said refund would be immediate, now another 3-5 days for UPS to research their claim! How is this my problem? Have filed a claim with Paypal for the refund. And they actually deleted the order from their site along with the Koyorad radiator. Unable to load their homepage now, guess I've been blocked. So glad I took a screen shot of the pages and kept all the emails.
