Initially I was not happy with the support, however they did sent out a new Iphone housing and 2 new mouse scaring devices. After two days the sound on/off button in the housing didn't work anymore and after I complained to Banggood they fuly gave me the money back. So it's possible to get excellent customer support if you don't accept 300 points that equals just $0,81.
