The owner lies when he says he promises that he will respond to every email. I told him I was interested in the app but did not trust the pricing because I saw a top made by a design company that I actually work for and it was marked up at least triple what the piece was actually worth. I guess he didn't like my feedback because it has been 3 or so months and I never got a response... which makes me trust him even less. I deleted the app.
