The dress which I ordered over two weeks ago finally arrived with a three day delay due to delivery complications caused by the lack of an email to advise me that the item had been shipped. The dress is ridiculously tiny for a "small," which is the size which I normally order in most catalogues. I have been trying for the past two days to email the company so that I might return the dress. There has been no response. I finally located the phone number on this review site and will try to call as soon as possible. I am really infuriated at this shabby treatment.
