Dhgate shouldn't let sellers advertise years of warranty on their site if they are not prepaired to step in and resolve issues
-6 WEEKS LATER & MANY MESSAGES LATER & DHGATE CAN'T EXPLAIN WHY SELLERS ARE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE WHERE DHGATE CAN'T HELP YOU
