I had three separate issues and each time I was told tough. No apologies not even a feigned attempt to look into the matter. My final exasperation was the loss of an order and a $20 credit. I was basically told too bad. I was furious but decided to wait a few weeks before writing a review, it is still not right. I would not suggest them to any of my friends and I will never use them again.
