I placed an order with this company and it took my one item 3 weeks to arrive. Upon arrival the item, a jacket was so badly stitched there is no way I can ever wear it. I have been trying to get instructions on returning the item and a refund since then with no luck. Customer service just keeps telling me to try and give it to someone in my family and there is nothing wrong with the jacket even though I sent them pictures. This company is selling rejects.

I'm sorry that you had a unpleasant shopping experience on our website. Our website has several shipping methods, if you choose super saving shipping, it will be slower, if the products are resisted at customes, it will take longer to reach you. You may be choose super saving shipping as shipping methods, so it is not arrived very fast.
Also, every business has its return policy, we need evidence to process the return. Just imagine if every customer asks for return without evidence, our business won't run normally. So, please understand us.
