I placed an order with this company and it took my one item 3 weeks to arrive. Upon arrival the item, a jacket was so badly stitched there is no way I can ever wear it. I have been trying to get instructions on returning the item and a refund since then with no luck. Customer service just keeps telling me to try and give it to someone in my family and there is nothing wrong with the jacket even though I sent them pictures. This company is selling rejects.
