Worst experience ever. We prepaid a reservation at the end of September for a car rental on December 26,2014 for LA Airport. The booking was with FligtCar. Once we got to the airport, there was no car available for us. They only said that they were sorry and that there was some overbooking. You heard me well! After 6 hours on the phone and trying to reserve with another company, we realized that there was no car available with any car rental for that evening. We decided to sleep close to LAX. The cost: $150 that we had to pay. Furthermore, when we were able to reserve with another company, it cost us $50 more than the car we had already prepaid. It has been over 6 weeks now that we wrote to ECONOMYBOOKING to get refunded but no one has even dare to get back to us as of today. We are still waiting for the prepaid cost at the amount of $231 besides the colateral costs (hotel and extra fees for the other car). We travel 5 week every year and let me tell you that we will NEVER RESERVE THROUGH ECONOMYBOOKING. How can they be associated with a company such as FlightCar? Take my advise: next time you need a car reservation, reserve directly with the car rental company. You will be sure to have the best service.
