I ordered several items back in April of 2015. I never received the order. I put in many calls to the post office to try and find the package and also had a "case opened" with the post office for several months and nothing happened. I called iHerb in May to try and get some help with finding the package and then later to file a claim with USPS (since only the shipper can file the claim) but I received a rude response from iHerb customer service telling me they couldn't help me. After 3 months USPS said I had to turn the case over to consumer affairs. So I filed a case with them. But they never answer the phone. I leave messages and they never return my calls. So I'm just SOL at this point. Won't ever use iHerb again.
