I ordered a dvd at the start of September and it never arrived. Following the 28 days i emailed moviebytes and they promptly replied and asked me to be patient due to the postal strike. I waited a furthwer two weeks and emailed again asking for the refund. They promised they would send it out again and told me it was on it's way. Two weeks later I emailed them again as it had still not been delivered and they have completely ignored all subsequent emails asking for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous
