I bought my ticket on September 16 around noon. I tried to make a change in the departure date THE SAME DAY September 16 at afternoon. Unfortunately, they say they have to charge penalties for the change, and they never gave me the solution because I was in the 24 hours period of time, they didn't gave me the free cancellation and then I could purchase a new ticket with my new itinerary. I called the next day (TODAY) and I spoke to probably 7 agents and just 1 was good and tried to help. The other kept directing me to answer machines or 2 just hang up. I told them that I will like to present my complain and they were transferring to the supervisor, BUT MY CALL NEVER WENT THROUGH AGAIN ANSWER MACHINES AND HANG UPS.
