I ordered a 150usd cell phone on September, with expedited shipping, after few weeks I wrote asking for my product, they apologize saing they had problems with the supplier and they were soooo sorry and dissappointed, so I change my product, but the one I wanted was back-ordered, that happened THREE times! So I sent them a list with 6 cell phones, and only ONE of them was "available". That was one month ago, today the answer me (after two weeks and two questions) that "the item it's back-ordered due to supplier's issues. Wait 7-15 days."
This place it's a SCAM!
The only thing they know how to do it's to apologize, they never give solutions, but they will say "We are so sorry" a million times.
I'm already looking for a way to take legal actions, I don't care about the money anymore, but they really need to stop this hoax!
Oh! And they didn't even show on my account the product change and the money they arre going to refund me, they say it's just showed on THEIR system... What a joke!
