I ordered a two battery operated cars for my grandson and granddaughter for Christmas. I ordered them in plenty of time and Zulily said they were going to be delivered before Christmas. However, only my granddaughter's car arrived. I had to spend many hours researching what happened. They finally admitted the larger car for my grandson was lost and they would deliver another one. It wasn 't delivered until mid-January when I was already in Florida. When I returned in late March, we opened both packages and put the cars together. My grandson's car weren't take a charge. They told us to replace the battery. That didn't work. I notified Zulily and they told me they couldn't help me. To add insult to injury they gave me a $15 credit for a car that cost me $120! I took it to an electrician and he said they was something seriously wrong with the wiring. I haven't ordered anything since - I'm afraid I will get junk again!
