Dont give them your credit card I did a one time check for a few dollars i dont rember the exact amount and then i cancelled the same night-----they cont. To charge my account for 6 months 17.95 and when i called the female on the phone who was really nice and promptly started a refund lets see if i really get it she did say if you dont see it in a month call us back :( REALLY another scam because they prey on people who lives are really busy or have money mangers who havent asked them about the charge oh yeah and I changed my credit number and guess what? They automatic charged me--- transferred to the new card number the female on the other line admitted that they do that shame on them! Tricky little bast-----

DON'T trust these people in fact if you cant do an instant chat or a talk to a live person i would not recommend you use them. I placed my first order with them and as of 2 hours no food, no call, no email,... the cheescake factory at the grove in Los Angeles the manager was so nice that he personally is driving it to us DO NOT USE POSTMATES THEY charged my credit card and won't respond i've sent 3 emails and all the pictures that are posted showing who works there not one can respond what a bunch of losers! No customer service they have all these specialist but not one handles customers service

For the most part they are good but something I didnt like was the jewerly the prices that they advertise are not really good EX: they will say a watch cost 259.00 selling for 20.00 NOT TRUE... you can find them priced for 25.00 on line and the quality can be really cheap---but I had really good experiences with the food and sheets etc stuff so all and all just do your home work before purchasing and yes I read the reviews :)

Well if you have patients you can get a good pair of glassses for the money. They are better at live chat then if you call them the glasses are older models but what do you want for 10 or 12.00 dollars the lenses are good but their website is hard to work with and can get you really frusted but other than that not bad for back up glasses :)

Tip for consumers:
just be patient and get your measurments from a real eye glass place

Do not use them! Terrible customer service. If you go into the branch they're nice buts thats it don't expect much in terms of using them for business, loans etc---they nickle and dime you to death like all banks nothing great about them people should stop using banks for bill pay and to hold your money it only benefits the bank I'm not just a angry bad credit person I have way above average credit rating and they put you though the ringer for a loan or refi even though I had them for my mortage for over 15 years and never late and charged me for an apprasial --they strung me along for 6 months I left went to another company closed in 45 days!

To this day im trying to reach them--- they have you create several accounts then they confuse you so your not sure what account is being used then they dont respond to your questions. And you have to contact your credit card company to stop them
