“Banggood Superb Customer Service”

I bought two batteries. It arrived in good condition, no dents and good quality, however the actual weight of the batteries that I received was 471g and not 597g. I told customer service about this and they have been very helpful and accommodating and gave me a refund of half of what I paid. Banggood customer service is always there to help when there are problems. Thank you Banggood for the superb customer service.
