This is the first time I have order from Beyond the Rack and I will never order anything again from them. I placed my order on March 5th and still to this date have not received my items. I went on the site yesterday and spent an hour on their chat with a rep. Line. The first person took 8 mins to respond to every question I had until I finally gave up. The second person was much quicker, 4 mins response time... lmao! What a joke. While I was waiting for my answers I got on the phone and called them. 1 Hour and 10 mins later I was finally told that my order was returned to them and they had no idea why, my address was correct and there should not have been any problems. Now they are telling me that they will re-ship my order! Wow, does that mean I need to wait another 6 weeks! Never Again! I want my order or Give Me My Money Back!
