I have saved my shipping address dozens of times but it asks me EVERY TIME during checkout to save my shipping address. Whay does it contue to ask for my shipping addres and my phone number?

UPDFATE: Got a Email from AliExpress customer support after they issued my refund. There was a questionnaire about my satisfaction with the outcome, time to resolve, support response... and a text box for entering my opinion and suggestion on how they can improve. I am changing my review to 5 stars. Any problems that I have had have not been with AliExpress, they have been with the shady vendors.

UPDATE: I bought car radio mp3 player with backup camera from a vendor on Ali. After installing i found the the backup camera was not functioning. The vendeo made excuses. " i mad mistakes in the installation. I did not know the proper operation. I immediatly opened a dispute with Ali. I made a short movie of the radio head unit with the car in reverse with no video then I substituted a portable DVD player for the camera and got video. This proved the installation was good and the radio would display the video if there is video on the cable. Proving the camera was bad. I went to amazon and found a replacement camera for $19.98. I submitted the movie and the replacement cost with my dispute and asked for the $19.95 refund.
4 days later AliExpress ruled in my favor and issued a refund of $19.98. So I am ching my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. I think AliExpress is working hard to earn your business and is trying to weed the dishonest vendors. But it is very important to involve Ali in the begin of any dispute within the first 15 days. If you wait longer you are out of luck.

UPDATE: I have had a couple of problems with vendors on Ali lately. If you are not satisfied with the product you MUST open a dispute right away. You only have 15 days to open a dispute. If you do not they Ali will not intervene on your behalf. Be aware the the vendor will stall you with daily emails and promised to send a replacement or they will ask for more proof of the defect. These are only stall tactics to push the time past the 15 day limit. Don't fall for it. Open the disputed at firs sign of bull$#*!. It happened to me once but never again. If i don't get a positive response from my first email i will open a dispute with Ali customer service.
When opening a dispute they will ask for evidence. A photo and a video. Be sure to wait for the video to upload(100%) before pressing the submit button or the dispute will not submit.

I have shopped at Alibaba and Aliexpress many times. I always use my credit card and keep copies of all records. The original Ad, the receipt and tracking. If something does not arrive on time. I complain to alibaba. If I don't get satisfaction I call CHASE cards and reverse the charges. Simple as that. Don't let the vendor bully you. Tell them to stick it and Call you credit card company. This has worked a couple of times for me.
