Footaction Elisabeth, Nj in Garden State Mall. I myself work in customer service but I have never experience such a poor customer service. I bought a pair of basketball shoes for my son in black suede. He tried in the store walk around in the store to see if he likes them and we bought them. My son changed his mind the next day because he got similar one for his birthday. After a week we went back to the store to retun,( never worn in the box as tee got them). I was told by the superviser as the person claimed to be that they can not get them back because they have been tried. True, they were tired in the store and that's the end of. The touching points where because of the floor in the store. I did not even notice them. I was asked to go in another store and they might return?. I have never never come across such a horrible experience. They offer us to spend $140.00 ( the value of the shoes) in order to exhange. They better clean the floor. Such a horrible experience. Never again.
