The initial service was very easy to use. It is not, however, worth the aggravation. I cancelled and received a confirmation in October 2014 that my account has been closed. My bank account was charged again in November, December and January. I have called customer service and they cannot locate an account.

Our record shows that the account is under MyPerfectresume with the email address@comcast.net, and has been cancelled on January 15 via email by one of our representatives. As a courtesy, I issued 3 full refunds of $ 34.95. You'll see it on your bank statement within 2-3 business days. I have also sent you confirmation email for your records.
