Ordered two MP3 players via Deal Chicken. They took my money immediately, promised 2-4 week delivery over a month ago. Had one 'confirmation' e-mail since, no merchandise, no follow-up. E-mail to their customer service got empty promises from 'Samantha', no satisfaction as yet. Also got no support from Deal Chicken. First and last transaction. I am used to dealing with pros like Amazon and Zappos - this vendor is on the other end of the spectrum - AVOID.
