I bought a set of queen sheets that would have a hard time stretching on a full bed. Customer service sent periodic emails about what I needed to do for a return or refund. The last straw came when they asked me to send a picture of the sheets NOT fitting my bed! Maybe I should count the number of stitches in the seams to see if they're right too? I told them I should not have to unmake my made bed to put their crappy too-small sheets on the bed, then take them off again, then remake my bed again, and then fold them all up again in the little plastic bag they came in. Chintzy sheets. I guess you get what you pay for. BUYER BEWARE! I would never recommend this company to an enemy!
