Recieved an email from Otterbox 10/24 saying my case has shipped. Just called them today 10/31 (7 days later!) and am told it had not really shipped. I call that very poor sevice. Customer service rep was friendly and said will do 2-day shipping but may take a couple of days to "process" in the warehouse. Now my wifes new iphone6 is here and she has no case for a $700 phone and we are extremely frustrated. Have always liked their cases but would sugest ordering from Amazon (they take customer service seriously).
