There's always a problem with this site. Either it takes one month to ship your product, or the sizes are not standard and you cannot exchange. Twice I got a bra on my size and it was either too small or too large and they will not exchange it. They have absolutely terrible costumer service and when I had to buy the same bra a size bigger they didn't even offer me free shipping. Absolutely awful

I'm awfully sorry that you are unhappy with this policy, I'm afraid it is due to hygiene reasons that we cannot accept a return or exchange on intimate items. I hope you understand.
In terms of the shipping length, it is very rare for products to take more than a few days to ship. If merchandise does take a little longer, we attempt to make our members aware by providing the estimated delivery time on the sales page of the merchandise and at checkout.
I deeply regret that you have been so unhappy with your experience, I greatly hope you visit our site again and are able to have the same unique experience that other members have.
