I ordered my daughter's prom dress and paid extra to have it expedited in time for her prom. I e-mailed them several times after 2 weeks of waiting to see if it would be shipped on time with no success. Her prom is 4/5/14 they sent me an email 4/3/14 saying they had just shipped it out and it would arrive on 4/4/14 but as I was tracking it there was a delay because of weather and wouldn't be shipped until 4/7/14 which was after my daughter's prom! I tried to dispute my order but the item isn't disputable. We were forced to shop for another dress hours before her first prom and she's very upset she's not wearing the dress she wanted. I'm going to file a complaint and will never order anything online ever again.
