http://www.brakeworld.com is horrible. I purchased breaks and break lines from them. The break lines did not fit, so I mailed them back as instructed. After more than one year and many calls, John, would not call me back, or give me a refund. Brakeworld's customer service is only handled by John, I could not speak to anyone else. I called the South Carolina Attorney General's office, they were very helpful, but John at brakeworld would not call them either. John is awful, worst customer service I ever had, no response or refund. I have been buying from them for 25 years. My parents bought from them and now so do I. They have a long history of good service, and i will stick with them for the next 25 years.
