Ordered Flowers for my Mom for Valentines day. Three days after she still had not received them? Got on line and hit the help button. Talked to someone that told me to call the 800 number. Called the number and stayed on hold listening to them telling me for faster service to go online and hit the help button? Finally got through to someone that barely spoke English and they told me that was the local florists problem. I told them I did not purchase the flowers through a local florist? They then hung up on me. Got online and went to PayPal and disputed the transaction. Then ordered flowers from 1-800-flowers. They delivered same day.

Purchased cordless refurbished phone. Received phone with dents and scratches? No charger for phone? Called customer service about missing charger? They said "phone did not come with a charger"? It shows a charger on the picture? It says nothing about phone comes with no charger? How does someone sell a cordless phone with no charger? It is useless with no charger? Terrible customer service. Sending phone back.
