I ordered from Lazada #******* and i returned it for a replacement last Oct 16 or so. I can't remember because its been so long already. They told me several times on customer services calls that my order will be inspected within 24-48 hours by their team, they said that the first time i called, and they said that the last time i called. How many 24-48 hours do you guys actually need? I've lost count of the times I called your customer service. I was hoping to get a replacement on my item since it had incomplete parts, but now I just want a freaking refund because of how ludicrous the service is. Even now i Have to continuously call them just to give me my money back. I ordered last OCTOBER, its almost DECEMBER. They keep telling me theyll update me when my refund is cleared but i always have to keep calling lazada for an update. This just sucks.
Update it was another three weeks After this post that i got my refund, spent more on phone bills than what i got back from my refund
